About Orders

• Once all orders are confirmed and paid, no refunds are allowed.

• Since the products are sent directly to Hong Kong from Europe, the goods can be received within 10-14 working days under normal circumstances. If the supply is tight or there are too many orders, it will take about 14-20 working days *excluding Sundays and public holidays​​*

• The product delivery date may be affected by the shipping service.

Return policy

Once all orders are confirmed and paid, no refunds are allowed. So please be sure to verify all the contents of the order before purchasing.

• Please apply for return by email.

• Please attach a photo of the product that needs to be returned due to the problem, a brief description of the situation and the reason.

• Note: We will not be responsible for any costs incurred by any returns that are not agreed by both parties.

• When returning the goods, please be sure to return the original packing box or bag, accessories, etc. in good condition. If the packaging of the returned goods is damaged/lost, we may not be able to handle it for you.
